Land around Nalerigu is held mostly as customary skin land under local traditional authority. We run the same independent checks here as anywhere else in Ghana — registry search, legal review, and a boundary survey where needed — through the Lands Commission, North East Regional Office, Nalerigu.

What we check in Nalerigu
- Lands Commission title search via an in-person search at the regional office, since this region is not yet on GELIS
- Ownership chain and litigation review by an independent lawyer
- Family, stool, or skin-land consent verification where the tenure requires it
- Boundary check against the site plan by a licensed surveyor
