Independent by design.

TitleGuard Ghana exists because the people best placed to tell you whether a land deal is safe — the seller, the agent, sometimes even a "helpful" family member — are usually the same people with a reason to want you to say yes quickly. We work for the buyer, only the buyer, and we're paid the same fee whether the answer is "proceed" or "walk away."

How we're structured

We are not a law firm, and we don't pretend to be one. Legal review on every job is carried out by an independent lawyer licensed by the Ghana Bar Association, and boundary verification is carried out by a licensed surveyor. Our role is to coordinate the process, run the registry checks, and turn everything into one report you can actually understand — instead of leaving you to chase three different professionals yourself.

What "independent" actually means here

We don't take a placement fee from developers or agents, and we don't get a commission if a deal closes. If a title comes back with a caution on it, or a family member disputes the sale, we say so — that's the entire value of hiring someone outside the transaction.
